Returns & Replacements

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Moen products, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or custom-ordered parts are not eligible for return unless they are defective under our lifetime limited warranty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the product in its original Moen box with all mounting hardware, instructions, and the printed RGA form included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
